H.E. Hopper Scholarship

The H.E. Hopper Scholarship was established to help graduating seniors from Brazosport Independent School District with tuition costs at Brazosport College. This scholarship is for students who graduated from BISD, enroll Full-Time and maintain an overall GPA of a 2.5 or higher.
